Seth Godin writes about the shift away from an HR mentality and a shift towards a Talent mentality. And he posts a fine B&W flygresa picture of a 25 year old Audrey Hepburn to make his point but doesn’t identify her. That picture was carved from a still for her second hit in the US “Sabrina”, co-starring Humphrey Bogart.  It is an apt illustration for his point because the reason young Audrey zoomed up to co-star with the venerable Bogie was the surprisingly large box office success of her first US movie, “Roman Holiday.” (more…)
